Location was fabulous, staff super helpful. They even gave me an extra box of tissues as my alergies were bad.

The room was decent size with a small closet, desk and mini fridge. The Dove products in the bathroom were very nice. The location is convenient to go to manhattan and Brooklyn, but feels a little sketchy towards the A/C Subway station. The staff was amazing and the atrium was very nice.

Perfect location for our primary reason for staying, which was a show at the Barclays Center very convenient to just walk.

The room was very nice especially the bathroom. We were very satisfied.

My room was on the 13th floor and had nice view. That was the only thing I liked about my stay.

Staff were friendly, location was great, valet parking was a peace of mind, especially in crazy busy New York.

Bed was very comfortable as was shower. While the room was small, it was fine for a 5 day stay and I also liked the fact that you can open the window a bit so you get some natural air in the space.

Location was great and front desk staff were very helpful. The laundry facilities were a bonus.

Staff was attentive to my requests for extra towels for pool, extra coffee and creamer etc. Desk personnel was helpful. Good lighting around the bed. Other side of room could have had an additional light.
